1. What are cookies?

We measure how our website is used ourselves, on the company's servers (Cloudflare): pages visited, visit duration, traffic sources, the buttons and links clicked, screen width, page loading speed and any errors encountered, as well as the device, operating system and browser, and an approximate location (country, region, city) derived from the connection — the IP address itself is not stored. We use this data exclusively to improve website performance and content.

Without your consent, visits are counted anonymously, with no identifier. The identifier and the session recording start only with your explicit consent . If you choose the “Essential only” option in the cookie banner, they will not be activated.

With your consent, the visit gets an identifier kept in your browser (localStorage, na_vid), along with the session's own keys: na_sid and na_sts (the session, which ends after 30 minutes without activity), na_utm (the campaign the visit came from) and na_rseq (the recording's chunk counter). None of them is stored without your consent. The session is also recorded; anything you type into fields is masked in the recording. Events are kept for 13 months and session recordings for 60 days.

4. How You Can Control Cookies
