The fabric, a blend of 65% polyester and 35% cotton with a density of 215 g/m², offers the necessary resistance to frequent washing and daily use without sacrificing wearer comfort. The short sleeves ensure better ventilation during service, and the regular fit provides freedom of movement without excess material. The straight collar, five-metal-snap closure, and chest pocket with a pen compartment complete a design conceived for efficiency in the kitchen. The jacket is pre-shrunk and can be industrially washed at temperatures up to 95°C, an important advantage in environments where hygiene is a priority.
